Just received my FoloCam kit with the lifetime subscription code however when I follow the instructions to go on the app and use it there is no “Activate” option only “Upgrade” which takes me to the yearly payment or “Restore Subscription” which makes me log into my Apple ID and then nothing else happens
I can’t quite recall the exact workflow right now but it’s tied to the gimbal hardware. Make sure to pair/connect the gimbal, then the option to enter the code should be available.
The gimbal must be connected for the “Activate” button to appear. So first pair the iPhone with the gimbal via NFC, then mount it on the gimbal. Once the screen starts to show the P/Y values (meaning pitch and yaw), press the live stream button, and you’ll see the “Activate” button.
